Opdracht Arrears Management voor Vitens in Ghana
Omschrijving:
Maastina Oman Ghana Bosomi Ndine.
Van 28 september 2009 tot en met 31 januari 2010 verbleef ik in Accra, Ghana, om daar een opdracht voor Vitens-Evides International te doen als onderdeel van mijn Traineeship bij Vitens.
Vitens neemt samen met Rand Water Ltd. (Zuid-Afrika) voor vijf jaar het operationeel management over van de Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL) onder de naam Aqua Vitens Rand Ltd. (AVRL). Ik werkte op het hoofdkantoor van AVRL (Mile 4, Accra) en moest af en toe naar regiokantoren als Accra West, Accra East en Tema of districtskantoren als Dansoman.
Ik heb tijdens deze periode gewerkt aan Debt Management en heb dit proberen te verbeteren door het proces uit te schrijven, mensen hierin te trainen en analyses uit te voeren op de betalingsgegevens. Daarnaast heb ik meegeholpen aan verbeteringen van het callcenter.
Ik woonde in het guesthouse van Vitens (16 Dade Walk, North Labone, Accra). Dit guesthouse is een twee-onder-een-kap woning met in totaal acht slaapkamers. In de genoemde periode waren de min of meer vaste bewoners Martin Nijsse (AVRL), Carole Nijenhuis (AVRL), Iwanna Swart (UNICEF) en Mark van der Hoorn (UNWFP). We hadden daarnaast enkele weken gezelschap van Vitens shorttermers Jan Velgersdijk, André Zwaga, Pim van de Geest en Sjaak Botterblom. Tenslotte hadden we vaak gezelschap van gasten zoals werknemers van Vitens, Rand Water, DHV en Safi Sana en vrienden en familie van de bewoners zoals Gisela en mijn ouders.
In het guesthouse werd voor ons gekookt, schoongemaakt en gewassen door kok Alex en schoonmaakster Elizabeth. Verder hadden we gezelschap van bewaker George en de honden Rufus en Rafiki.

Van 28 september 2009 tot en met 31 januari 2010 verbleef ik in Accra, Ghana, om daar een opdracht voor Vitens-Evides International te doen als onderdeel van mijn Traineeship bij Vitens.
Vitens neemt samen met Rand Water Ltd. (Zuid-Afrika) voor vijf jaar het operationeel management over van de Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL) onder de naam Aqua Vitens Rand Ltd. (AVRL). Ik werkte op het hoofdkantoor van AVRL (Mile 4, Accra) en moest af en toe naar regiokantoren als Accra West, Accra East en Tema of districtskantoren als Dansoman.
Ik heb tijdens deze periode gewerkt aan Debt Management en heb dit proberen te verbeteren door het proces uit te schrijven, mensen hierin te trainen en analyses uit te voeren op de betalingsgegevens. Daarnaast heb ik meegeholpen aan verbeteringen van het callcenter.
Ik woonde in het guesthouse van Vitens (16 Dade Walk, North Labone, Accra). Dit guesthouse is een twee-onder-een-kap woning met in totaal acht slaapkamers. In de genoemde periode waren de min of meer vaste bewoners Martin Nijsse (AVRL), Carole Nijenhuis (AVRL), Iwanna Swart (UNICEF) en Mark van der Hoorn (UNWFP). We hadden daarnaast enkele weken gezelschap van Vitens shorttermers Jan Velgersdijk, André Zwaga, Pim van de Geest en Sjaak Botterblom. Tenslotte hadden we vaak gezelschap van gasten zoals werknemers van Vitens, Rand Water, DHV en Safi Sana en vrienden en familie van de bewoners zoals Gisela en mijn ouders.
In het guesthouse werd voor ons gekookt, schoongemaakt en gewassen door kok Alex en schoonmaakster Elizabeth. Verder hadden we gezelschap van bewaker George en de honden Rufus en Rafiki.

Van 28 september 2009 tot en met 31 januari 2010 verbleef ik in Accra, Ghana, om daar een opdracht voor Vitens-Evides International te doen als onderdeel van mijn Traineeship bij Vitens.
Vitens neemt samen met Rand Water Ltd. (Zuid-Afrika) voor vijf jaar het operationeel management over van de Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL) onder de naam Aqua Vitens Rand Ltd. (AVRL). Ik werkte op het hoofdkantoor van AVRL (Mile 4, Accra) en moest af en toe naar regiokantoren als Accra West, Accra East en Tema of districtskantoren als Dansoman.
Ik heb tijdens deze periode gewerkt aan Debt Management en heb dit proberen te verbeteren door het proces uit te schrijven, mensen hierin te trainen en analyses uit te voeren op de betalingsgegevens. Daarnaast heb ik meegeholpen aan verbeteringen van het callcenter.
Ik woonde in het guesthouse van Vitens (16 Dade Walk, North Labone, Accra). Dit guesthouse is een twee-onder-een-kap woning met in totaal acht slaapkamers. In de genoemde periode waren de min of meer vaste bewoners Martin Nijsse (AVRL), Carole Nijenhuis (AVRL), Iwanna Swart (UNICEF) en Mark van der Hoorn (UNWFP). We hadden daarnaast enkele weken gezelschap van Vitens shorttermers Jan Velgersdijk, André Zwaga, Pim van de Geest en Sjaak Botterblom. Tenslotte hadden we vaak gezelschap van gasten zoals werknemers van Vitens, Rand Water, DHV en Safi Sana en vrienden en familie van de bewoners zoals Gisela en mijn ouders.
In het guesthouse werd voor ons gekookt, schoongemaakt en gewassen door kok Alex en schoonmaakster Elizabeth. Verder hadden we gezelschap van bewaker George en de honden Rufus en Rafiki.

Opdracht Arrears Management voor Vitens in Ghana
Omschrijving:
Maastina Oman Ghana Bosomi Ndine.
Van 28 september 2009 tot en met 31 januari 2010 verbleef ik in Accra, Ghana, om daar een opdracht voor Vitens-Evides International te doen als onderdeel van mijn Traineeship bij Vitens.
Vitens neemt samen met Rand Water Ltd. (Zuid-Afrika) voor vijf jaar het operationeel management over van de Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL) onder de naam Aqua Vitens Rand Ltd. (AVRL). Ik werkte op het hoofdkantoor van AVRL (Mile 4, Accra) en moest af en toe naar regiokantoren als Accra West, Accra East en Tema of districtskantoren als Dansoman.
Ik heb tijdens deze periode gewerkt aan Debt Management en heb dit proberen te verbeteren door het proces uit te schrijven, mensen hierin te trainen en analyses uit te voeren op de betalingsgegevens. Daarnaast heb ik meegeholpen aan verbeteringen van het callcenter.
Ik woonde in het guesthouse van Vitens (16 Dade Walk, North Labone, Accra). Dit guesthouse is een twee-onder-een-kap woning met in totaal acht slaapkamers. In de genoemde periode waren de min of meer vaste bewoners Martin Nijsse (AVRL), Carole Nijenhuis (AVRL), Iwanna Swart (UNICEF) en Mark van der Hoorn (UNWFP). We hadden daarnaast enkele weken gezelschap van Vitens shorttermers Jan Velgersdijk, André Zwaga, Pim van de Geest en Sjaak Botterblom. Tenslotte hadden we vaak gezelschap van gasten zoals werknemers van Vitens, Rand Water, DHV en Safi Sana en vrienden en familie van de bewoners zoals Gisela en mijn ouders.
In het guesthouse werd voor ons gekookt, schoongemaakt en gewassen door kok Alex en schoonmaakster Elizabeth. Verder hadden we gezelschap van bewaker George en de honden Rufus en Rafiki.

Van 28 september 2009 tot en met 31 januari 2010 verbleef ik in Accra, Ghana, om daar een opdracht voor Vitens-Evides International te doen als onderdeel van mijn Traineeship bij Vitens.
Vitens neemt samen met Rand Water Ltd. (Zuid-Afrika) voor vijf jaar het operationeel management over van de Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL) onder de naam Aqua Vitens Rand Ltd. (AVRL). Ik werkte op het hoofdkantoor van AVRL (Mile 4, Accra) en moest af en toe naar regiokantoren als Accra West, Accra East en Tema of districtskantoren als Dansoman.
Ik heb tijdens deze periode gewerkt aan Debt Management en heb dit proberen te verbeteren door het proces uit te schrijven, mensen hierin te trainen en analyses uit te voeren op de betalingsgegevens. Daarnaast heb ik meegeholpen aan verbeteringen van het callcenter.
Ik woonde in het guesthouse van Vitens (16 Dade Walk, North Labone, Accra). Dit guesthouse is een twee-onder-een-kap woning met in totaal acht slaapkamers. In de genoemde periode waren de min of meer vaste bewoners Martin Nijsse (AVRL), Carole Nijenhuis (AVRL), Iwanna Swart (UNICEF) en Mark van der Hoorn (UNWFP). We hadden daarnaast enkele weken gezelschap van Vitens shorttermers Jan Velgersdijk, André Zwaga, Pim van de Geest en Sjaak Botterblom. Tenslotte hadden we vaak gezelschap van gasten zoals werknemers van Vitens, Rand Water, DHV en Safi Sana en vrienden en familie van de bewoners zoals Gisela en mijn ouders.
In het guesthouse werd voor ons gekookt, schoongemaakt en gewassen door kok Alex en schoonmaakster Elizabeth. Verder hadden we gezelschap van bewaker George en de honden Rufus en Rafiki.
